Refund Policy

At GolfCraft, we take pride in offering premium, handcrafted, and custom golf equipment. Because of the nature of our products, the following refund policy applies.

Eligible Items

Refunds are available only on stock, non-custom items purchased through our online store.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns:

  • All custom fit clubs

  • Any product that has been customized or built to order

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)

  • Gift cards

Custom fit clubs are built to individual specifications based on fitting data and customer preferences and cannot be resold.

Return Process

To initiate a return for an eligible item, please contact us at javery.inbox@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a stock item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can evaluate and assist promptly.

Custom Fit Orders

All custom fit club sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once a custom fit order has been placed.
