At GolfCraft, we aim to process and ship orders as efficiently and carefully as possible while ensuring each item arrives in proper condition.

Order Processing

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom fit clubs and made-to-order items require additional build time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase or fitting.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package size, and selected shipping method.

All orders are shipped via reputable carriers. Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. GolfCraft is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Custom Fit Orders

Custom fit clubs are built to individual specifications and may require extended processing and shipping times. All custom fit club sales are final.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Replacement or refund decisions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. GolfCraft is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
